Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oh My Mahjong pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
